Was Albert Einstein schon erkannte - namlich dass Probleme nur mit anderen Denkweisen gelost werden konnen, als diejenigen, die sie verursacht haben - muss haufiger gangige Praxis in Organisationen jeglicher Art werden Es braucht mehr Vielfalt, eine hohere Bereitschaft zum proaktiven Leben einer Dialogdiskurskultur sowie insgesamt mehr Akzeptanz (vgl. entwickelte Checkliste im Abschnitt 4.3 dieser Arbeit). Diese BA-Arbeit soll mit Hilfe von ausgewahlten, fuhrungsrelevanten Erkenntnissen des Neurobiologen Gerald Huther der Fuhrungskraft Handlungsempfehlungen zur Losung des von Lietaer aufgezeigten Effizienzproblems liefern. Darin besteht auch ihre Legitimation. Diese Handlungsempfehlungen sollen der Fuhrungskraft in Form einer Checkliste wieder den Weg hin zu einem Vitalitatsfester ermoglichen. Es soll Abstand von dem klassischen effizienztreibenden Fuhrungsverstandnis genommen und stattdessen eines entwickelt werden, das den Weg zu mehr Robustheit und demzufolge auch Nachhaltigkeit in einer Organisation ebnet. Unterstutzend wird das Ziel verfolgt, im Rahmen einer umfassenden Grafik fur die Fuhrungskraft die aus den neurobiologischen Erkenntnissen resultierenden Implikationen so transparent wie moglich abzubilden. Es gibt diverse Differenzierungen und Formen sowie Logiken und Stile. Im Zuge des Praxisbeispiels einer sudbrasilianischen Grossstadt sollte sich mit dem bislang wenig beleuchteten Spannungsfeld von individueller und kollektiver Fuhrung befasst werden. Das in der BA-Arbeit beschriebene Effizienzstreben von Menschen i. S. von Lietaer aussert sich in diesem Kontext haufig durch individuelle Fuhrung. Dennoch mag die Logik von Fuhrung in einem eher harmonischen bzw. ausgewogenen Verhaltnis beider Pole liegen. Curitiba hat uber viele Jahrzehnte Erfolg produziert...auch lange nach den Amtszeiten Lerners - charakterisiert durch konsequente, straffe individuelle Fuhrung - aussert sich die damals gepflanzte Saat uber einen kollektiven Prozess von Burgern und Stakeholder Curitibas als Kultur des Respekts und der Wertschatzung. Es bleibt wohl auf den Punkt zu bringen, dass das Spannungsfeld in wirtschaftlichen Organisationen jeglicher Art durchaus erfolgreich Bestand haben kann: Its possible.
